Everyone holds opinions about themselves and the type of person that they are. It is these opinions that formulate our self-esteem. If you have low self-esteem, these beliefs will often be very negative. You may lack confidence, which means that you are unable to accept compliments, expect little out of your life, or neglect yourself. Low self-esteem is not a recognised mental health problem, but it can seriously affect your mental health.

This course will provide you with a detailed understanding of self-esteem and how you can overcome the negative experiences attached to it.
